Regular Maintenance Cleaning

We differ from other house cleaning companies because we perform the same cleaning tasks during each visit by following a personalized work order created specifically for your home; whereas other services often use a rotational system, meaning only a portion of your home gets cleaned during any visit. With Never Clean Again your entire home is thoroughly cleaned, each and every time we visit.

For our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients, we will schedule cleaning services that will allow you and your family a day you can depend on for your cleaning. You will have the same day of the week for every cleaning. Example: (every other Thursday). For once a month cleanings, you are scheduled every fourth week, which means it’s not always the same day of the month but rather every fourth Thursday (as an example).

Although our teams use a standard check list (see below) while cleaning your home, we realize that no two homes are alike so we customize our work orders to meet your specific needs.

Our Regular Maintenance Cleaning Includes:

Kitchen

• Clean outside/ front refrigerator
• Clean outside of all appliances
• Clean in/outside of microwave
• Clean entire counter tops
• Clean stove top & hood
• Spot clean outside of cabinets
• Clean and sanitize sink & faucet
• Vacuum kitchen rug as needed
• Remove cob webs high & low
• Backpack vacuum & Mop floor
• Empty trash

Bathrooms

• Clean mirrors
• Clean exterior of all vanities
• Clean & sanitize sinks and counters
• Clean soap, toothbrush holder
• Clean tub & shower
• Clean/sanitize floors
• Clean toilet (behind as well)
• Polish/dry faucet
• Dust/wipe vents
• Remove cob webs
• Empty trash

Living Areas/Dining Room

• Clean ceiling fans
• Remove cob webs
• Clean sliding glass doors (inside/out—if possible)
• Clean all glass & mirrors
• Vacuum carpet/rugs/ furniture
• Backpack vacuum/mop tile & wood floors (if applicable)
• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Dust chair legs
• General straightening up
• Dust all corners (high/low)
• Empty trash

Bedrooms

• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Remove cob webs
• Clean ceiling fans
• Backpack vacuum/mop tile & wood floors (if applicable)
• Vacuum carpet/rugs (under beds)
• Dust all corners (high/low)
• Make beds
• General straightening up
• Empty trash

Laundry Room

• Wipe down washer/dryer
• Clean and polish/dry sink & faucet
• Backpack vacuum & mop floor
• Empty trash
• Remove cob webs

Misc Items

• Sweep outside entry way
• Remove cob webs
• Cleaning associates will not open any drawers, cabinets
• Window washing can be added as an additional service if needed*
• Carpet & tile cleaning can be added as an additional service if needed*
