One-Time Cleaning

We will be happy to handle your one-time and occasional housecleaning needs. Never Clean Again can clean your home before and/or after parties or other special events. Plus, Never Clean Again can keep a home for sale in sparkling showing condition. We also offer those dreaded Spring Cleanings!

These types of residential cleanings are performed on an hourly basis and are usually a combination of Basic Tasks and Extras, tailored to meet your individual needs. We make sure everything you have requested is efficiently cleaned to your specifications.

Our One-Time Service is also a perfect solution for Landlords & Property Managers, Realtors and Homeowners who are in the process of selling or leasing a home.

• Clean sliding glass doors (inside/out–if possible)

• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Dust chair legs
• General straightening up
• Dust all corners (high/low)

Bedrooms

Misc Items

• Sweep outside entry way

• Cleaning associates will not open any drawers, cabinets
• Window washing can be added as an additional service if needed*
• Carpet & tile cleaning can be added as an additional service if needed*
