Quality Control

Quality of each and every job is important to us. We take the time to train our cleaning staff and pair them up so that we deliver an efficient and consistent cleaning each time we clean a home.

We have a full time Quality Assurance Manager who spends most of the day doing surprise visits to the various cleaning teams to inspect the work being performed. The Quality Assurance Manager will make every effort possible to check every Initial, One Time and Move-In/Out Cleaning at the time it is provided. It is the Quality Assurance Managers job to train and supervise the cleaning staff. The Quality Assurance Manager also does on-site training and puts together monthly group training sessions usually held on the weekends.

Our office manager also provides follow-up calls for every Initial, One Time and Move-In/Out Cleaning that we provide along with random calls to current regular clients to check client satisfaction and consistency between our teams.

Every Quality Check is recorded along with feedback from clients into our scheduling system that links the comments and feedback received to the client, the specific job (date) and the cleaning staff that provided the cleaning. These results are then reviewed and used to determine pay raises and promotions with our cleaning staff. This feedback also assists us with our ongoing training programs.
